1. Refunds
1.1. We do not offer refunds on services or payments, except as required by the respective country's consumer law.
1.2. Refunds will be provided where required under the consumer protection laws of the country in which our services are offered. Please contact us at service@west3garage.com for more information on refund eligibility and processes.
2. Complaints
2.1. Any complaints regarding our services should be made in writing and sent to service@west3garage.com . Please provide as much detail as possible, including your contact information, the nature of the complaint, and any supporting documentation.
2.2. We will make every effort to respond to your complaint promptly and address any concerns or issues you may have in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
3. General
3.1. These Terms and Conditions may be updated or modified by West 3 Garage at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes.
3.2. Your continued use of our services after the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
3.3. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
3.4. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our services are provided.
3.5. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the jurisdiction where our services are provided.

4.1. By engaging in any service or making any payment to West 3 Garage, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
4.2. Your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and West 3 Garage.
4.3. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please refrain from using our services or making any payments to West 3 Garage.
5. Cancellation Policy
5.1. We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for canceling a booking for any service or MOT appointment. This notice period allows us to make the previously reserved time slot and availability available to other clients.
5.2. If you need to cancel a booking, please contact us at service@west3garage.com or call 0208 992 3737 with your booking details (car registration number) and the reason for cancellation. We will make every effort to accommodate your request within the framework of our scheduling policies.
5.3. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee, which will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
5.4. In case of a no-show (failure to appear for a scheduled appointment without prior cancellation), you may be subject to additional fees or penalties as per our discretion.
5.5. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we will strive to be flexible and reasonable in addressing cancellation requests. However, we kindly request your cooperation in providing us with adequate notice to optimize our scheduling and serve all our clients efficiently.
